Working Partnerships

Working Parterships

We often struggle with pressure, negative news, and a culture that fosters blame and disconnect, which leads to poor employee engagement and reduced productivity. Your key people can quickly become disengaged or leave, and you might never see it coming.

Working Partnerships change that by leveraging shared goals and aligning strengths and limitations. By fostering a support network they build a resilient, high-performing culture.

5 Steps to a Successful
Working Partnership

I crafted a 14-day guided process to set your partnership for success:

1

Take the CliftonStrengths Assessment

Each partner completes a 45-minute assessment to
receive detailed reports on their unique strengths.

2

Share Your Results

Partners share and discuss their results in a 60-minute session to build mutual understanding.

3

Analyze and Discuss Your Team Grid

In a 90-120 minute facilitated session, explore the strengths and limitations of your team using a visual grid of each member’s strengths. Identify tensions, shared strengths, and create actionable principles to boost productivity and teamwork.

4

Align on Shared Goals & Core Values

Clarify expectations (What) and key values (How) and agree on how to apply shared strengths for maximum impact. Facilitated session of 60 to 90 minutes.

5

Receive and agree on the Partner Strategy Map

Clear roadmap with team insights, shared goals, values, and productivity principles.

Expected outcomes:

1

Boosted Productivity

Connected teams see a 20-25% productivity increase (McKinsey). Understanding each other's strengths drives efficient teamwork.

2

Higher Employee Engagement

Engaged teams are 21% more profitable and 17% more productive (Gallup). Strong partnerships lead to higher performane.
3

Increased Retention

Engaged teams have a 24-59% lower turnover rate (Gallup), saving up to 33% of an employee’s salary in hiring and training costs (Work Institute).
